Argo Atlas is a product of Argo Development Partners LLC ("Argo," "we," "us"). This page explains how we handle information you share with us through argoatlas.ai, and the terms that apply when you use the site.
Privacy
What we collect
- What you tell us. When you request a Flex Snapshot, a plant review or a Speed-to-Power Brief, or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, title, company, work email, and details about your plant or site, such as location, type, flow, load, equipment and timing.
- Basic site usage. Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate region, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
- To prepare your snapshot, plant review, case study or Brief, and to follow up about it.
- To check your answers against public data, so our estimates and plant data are accurate.
- To respond to your questions and, if you agree, to send occasional updates. You can opt out of updates at any time.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Argo Atlas, such as website hosting, email delivery and customer relationship software, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data centers, plants or other third parties without your permission.
Plant and site details
We treat plant and site details as confidential. We never name your plant or site publicly, or share its details with another customer, without your written permission. Results we publish, such as national or state totals, are aggregated so no single plant or site can be identified.
Public agencies: information you send us is held by Argo, a private company. Whether your own copies are public records depends on your state's rules. Rough numbers are fine for a first estimate; we confirm details on a call.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working with you, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and public agencies. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Terms of use
Estimates are not offers
Flex Snapshots, plant estimates, case studies and Briefs are screening estimates based on public data, typical plants and the information you provide. They are not offers, quotes, guarantees of payment, or engineering, legal or financial advice. Any commitment between you and Argo exists only in a signed contract.
Site content
- Examples and simulations. Plant screens, schedules, events, maps and charts on this site are illustrative or simulated unless clearly stated otherwise. Example plants are composites, not real facilities. Map locations come from public data and are not exact.
- Third-party figures. Statistics from outside sources are cited with their source and date. We do not guarantee their accuracy.
- Forward-looking statements. Statements about markets, programs, timelines and value reflect our current views and may change. Rules for counting capacity vary by utility and market.
- Ownership. The site, its design, models and content belong to Argo. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Argo is not liable for decisions made based on site content or estimates, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update this page. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
